What You’ll Do
- Lead weekly conversations that actually matter, whether with a Circle or a 1:1 mentee
- Create a safe space where girls feel seen, heard, and supported
- Help her build real-world skills, resilience, and confidence
- Come away with leadership experience of your own
How to Join

Apply
Submit your application. We’ll also review your public social media to make sure it aligns with our mission and youth safety standards.

Interview
Meet with our Mentor Manager to talk through our goals, values, and what mentoring looks like.

Train
Complete live virtual training and earn your certifications in Mental Health Literacy, e-Mentoring, and Mandated Reporting.

Screen
Pass a background check.

Match & Mentor
Get paired with your Circle or 1:1 mentee, and start making an impact.
