1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Vescent LLC ("Vescent," "we," "us," or "our"). • The Services are intended for teen girls (ages 13-17) and trained near-peer mentors (ages 18-24).

• By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Vescent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes via email or notifications within the Services. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. USE OF THE SERVICES

4.1 Permitted Use

Users agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Retain ownership of your content but acknowledge that it may remain accessible even after account deletion.

8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & SAFETY

• Vescent provides a moderated community to ensure a safe space for all users.

• Users violating our Community Guidelines may be suspended or removed from the platform.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

Vescent may terminate or suspend an account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Users lose access to all content and interactions within the Services.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vescent is not liable for:

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid for the Services, whichever is lower.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A.. Any disputes will be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
